    Default yellow flag

After update i get this yellow flag message -

You have 553 files (or hand histories) in your Auto Import Folders. For HM2 HUD to work best, you should only auto import live play handhistories. For bigger imports, please use manual Hand Import function. Until HM2 imports all hands from the Auto Import Folders, the HUD at live tables might not work correctly. If you played in unsupported games, you will have to manually remove hand histories.
Click the help icon to learn how to check your Auto Import folders.

In site settings i only have pacific poker in the auto import folders.

    Please update to this version

    http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

Make sure none of the import folders have subfolders that should not.

Close HM2. Delete the alerts.txt file in

    7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

i've got the same problem but it seems to be caused by full tilt. it imports to the correct folder and then archives them, the hud works but nothing shows up in hm2 itself. i've tried everything you suggested but nothing works.

What is your antivirus and firewall?

Please run maintenance on the DB.

    1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

    2) Click the maintenance tab.

    3) Click the Full radio button.

    4) Click the Optimize button.

    Please create a new database.

    1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

    2) Click the green + sign

    3) Name it, click ok.

    4) Import the hands from c:\hm2archive using the hand importing function on the ribbon, not the import from database in the database manager.
