The hands aren't importing?

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

i tried making a new DB, but that doesnt fix the issue, which is 1 hand constantly behind on zoom

i also tried swapping back to classic themes, because i have been using a black background, which pretty much makes the hand numbers "invisible", but that didnt help either (not custom theme though!!). Also tried all the 3 scrape methods, none worked.

hands are being imported, havent checked if 100% of them are being imported

there is a share of incomplete hands constantly too (not sure what this means and if there is consequences)

it seems like you have made changes to how you read zoom tables in the october releases?

zoom before:
hud updates even if previous hand is still being played , and you folded and is now playing a new hand
no cards popup at showdown
no hero on hud

zoom now:
hud not updated until a hand is completely FINISHED
cards popup at showdown (even pops up while you are playing next hand)
hero hud is shown (starts from 0 hands though, pretty much like a session)


so, regular tables has always worked like my "zoom now" description.. so you obviously made some changes to the zoom scrape.

is this zoom even working for any other XP users with hm1?

but when you open the text file, the #3 is left out, i dont know if this is a potential problem, but looks a bit strange

the software behaves just as if it thought all zoom hands are regular hands for some reason, when imported they show up as zoom at least however

i fixed the issue myself

the error was that pokerstars had not automatically updated itself, so i manually run the PokerStarsUpdate.exe , after this everything worked as usual (for the record i play on pokerstars.EU)

maybe add this to your list of fixes for zoom even if its not directly related to HM

For me it helped do download the newest blitz.dll version from July 2013.

I still had an old one from December 2012.

i was using some old version (probably some of the september ones)

i then decided to update to the october releases, to get the import errors fixed

after this update the hud is lagging 1 hand behind on zoom, and hero is also included even if it usually shouldnt be in zoom

im so angry, spent like 8 hours trying to get this back working , cant believe how an update can ruin the old working one!!

how the hell cant i get the old version working? what do i do?

Hi I have this exact same problem.

PS.com , undated hm1 to Oct release and updated stars to latests. Sent over an email with files.
