This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.
The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6930: PokerStars.es - Zoom HUD doesnt work on tables with weird characters
I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.
Unfortunately we need some specialized logging to try and solve it.
Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.
Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock (right-click the windows clock > adjust date/time > keep the clock with the seconds hand in the video) and poker client lobby clock in the video

The issue is related to detection of table type (it detects 9-max instead of 6-max because weird characters on names (áéíóú)).
HUD works fine if you switch manually number of seats, in HUD options.
But if you close that table and open a new one (same stake (PS.es zoom nl5 or nl25)) still detecting 9-max.
There isn´t bug at all at nl2 and nl10 (you don´t have to change number of seats option every new table you open).
