HM1 doesn't support most tourney types on FTP at the moment. You can try the table finder:

But if this doesn't work you need to wait for a fix. Until then you can try the HM2 trial.

How many more months do we need to keep waiting for a fix?
If you give us a frre HM2 license this will fix the problem for sure...
This likely will never be fixed for HM1.
These Re-Entry / Multi-Entry tournaments are considered a new game type (they did not exist before the Full Tilt relaunch), after which HM1 already stopped getting updates.
