You've discovered an interesting bug.
Yeah, it currently isn't possible to set color ranges for number of big blinds 100-150, 150-200, 200+ BB, as it only accepts values between 0 and 99. (or 0 and inf)
I've written this up as a feature request ticket HM-7602.
However... it's a rather trivial bug, and I doubt it will be fixed, as it would require quite a redesign of the way the color ranges are coded.

Thank you for you reply. Btw could you add a feature that we can set the max number of characters in Name field in HUD? So when somebodys name is longer then the number I set, it will be shortened.
You can use decimals to shorten it.

no decimals = full name
1 decimal = the first 8 characters of a name
2 decimals = only the first 4 characters of a name.
