FullTilt SnG HU import is not working (no tourney report)

I have the latest version 1.11.06a of HM + Omaha Pro but the import of Full Tilt SnG HU PLO hands is not working properly. No hand is shown in the tourney report window. The tourney result window shows strange results.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Make sure your poker client and hand histories are in English.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

Hello, you sent in an example txt file to our support email, and I was able to import it correctly. I opened the text file and noticed there were 2 weird characters at the very beginning. I deleted these characters and saved, and it then imported fine. I am going to check where these characters came from, but for now that is a fix.
