    Default Ipoker HUD Works one day, not the next

    HEM with ipoker is temperamental. One day it works perfectly, then the next day it does not. Some days it will be working fine on some tables and not others, and it isn't always the same tables it works on.

    I'm playing MTTs on Betfred.

    I also have this same problem playing MTTs on Ladbrokes on microgaming.

    I'm running windows 7.

    Any suggestions would be gratefully received, thanks.

    Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

    Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    Turn off User Account Control: Turn User Account Control on or off

    Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have set the files to run as administrator as suggested, and also all poker programs are set to run as administrator.

    I have added exceptions to the firewall and I have updated windows, turned off user account control and update Hem.

    I still have the same problems.

    Today ipoker was ok for the most part, but I didn't have stats on Microgaming all day. As I said in my previous post, some days I do, some I don't.

    I'm using AVG Anti_virus and the Windows Firewall.

    Thanks for your help, I'd appreciate any other pointers.

    HUD settings--> General settings--> advanced settings--> try changing your auto z-order setting.

    Also try (just as a test to temporarily) completely uninstall AVG and reboot.
