    Default FR Hud Problems

I am having problems with my HUD when playing FR. I run HEM2 on Vista and seem to have everything set up as suggested. I also note that I have been playing 6max using HEM2 for many months now without having any of the problems I am having.

When a new table starts my HUD stats are obviously over the wrong player and usually after a hand or so at 6max they revert to the correct positions. When I play FR on a lot of the tables the stats simply dont move to the correct positions although some will occasionally. I have found a bit of a work around which involves stopping and re-starting the HUD which does seem to work for the most part but its a bit of a ball ache when you have 16 tables open and usually change tables on a regular basis.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    - Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

See this screenshot for exporting HUD's:

    http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/exporthuds.PNG

    - Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
    8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

    - Import your HUD's again.

    - Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

    If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

    * You will need to show hidden and system files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+

See this screenshot for location in win 7 for the prefs files:

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

    Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

We need the screenshots and log when this happens.

I exported and re-imported my HUD.

Seating preferences are set correctly and my computer clock is the same as the hands that are imported.

Nothing seems to have changed and still having the same problem.

I was playing about 8 tables of 6max where as I will play up to 24 of FR and have my tables stacked and quite large, could there be a problem that my computer cant handle the program?

Please email the information we requested so we can look at what is going on. It's impossible without screenshots and log files.

Email them to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.
