1) Stats wont get marked on HEM anymore. 2) cant get a hem download (forbidden).

1) My HEM and HUD works fine, but the stats wont get marked on HEM anymore, like the session stats and so. I was thinking I download the hem thing again, that might fix the problem but I am getting a message below, so cant get the download.

2) "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_03May2013b.exe on this server. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Its the same with any download and even with many of your web pages like your main page.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

The new database works fine. The problem was that the database/HEM sometimes stops registering what it imports, an old issue and happens for a couple of reasons like the computer being closed when the HEM is still on, and the cure always seems to be the new database thing.

But I can't get any downloads and uploads from your pages because (the type of page I get instead):
