Ipoker Notes Issue with new Toast Notification Feature

Ipoker introduced a new Toast Notification feature. This is being rolled out slowly to different skins, Betfair, Poker770 and a few more have this feature, sites like William Hill do not have it.

You can tell if the update has been applied to your skin by going to settings and you should see a couple of new banners for Toast Notifications and a couple of other new features.

This causes a problem when you try and use HM2 to take notes, the toast notification is stealing focus and putting it in the chat box. While we work on this issue there are a couple of workarounds.

Leaving the toast notification window open on your screen seems to solve the problem
Unticking "Auto Z-Order" in Hud Settings > General Settings > Advanced settings will also solve the problem. You will need to restart HM2 after applying that change but it can also cause blinking like affects on some setups.
The final workaround is to disable notecaddy, this will also solve the problem.

There was an issue and they were pulled. There is a release coming out soon.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > Updates > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

I'm still experiencing this bug. I assume.

When I turn Caddy Notes on, the HEM notes window stops appearing.

I'm using 7923 release and playing at William Hill if that matters.
What I am doing wrong ?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin"from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
