Pokerstars observed hands are not beeing grabbed by HM.

Depends as to which directories the poker clients are saving HH/TS data to. It wouldn't hurt to click 'auto detect'.
I did try that. There isn't a option on stars that I have to check? Or maybe that feature that I want is broken.

I did everything above and HM is not pre-fetching any hands. Can't someone help me with TV or something?
PreFetch PokerStars:
-1 hud options--> site options--> PokerStars--> turn on prefetch
-2 hud options--> site options--> PokerStars--> remember which FOLDER is listed there
-3 Add that folder as an auto import folder
-4 Default folder is: C:/Program Files / RVG Software / HoldemManager / Importing / HEM data (which you currently have not listed as an auto import folder)
