Problem with tournaments after last party poker software update
After the last update HUD in partypoker tournaments disappears in ITM or at the final table. Statistics vanishes only on this table and table Finder does not work. I am not alone in facing this problem, a lot of friends on Skype wrote about it. However, I did not find topic on forum about it. When are you going to solve this problem?
I'm using 05aug version, w7 64x

It appears that Party changed their HH format when the chips/blinds get into the 4 digit values by adding a comma that wasn't there in the past so we need to make some parsing code changes. Once we get this fixed for HM2 we will work on a fix for HM1. We will need some screen shots of the problem happening and copies of the hand histories.
Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows
with the following:
1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.
Please Zip these folders/files and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

We have a possible fix for HM2 that is in private internal testing right now. I think that parsing code will eventually be shared with HM1 once it is finally checked in to the main build but I am not 100% sure at this point and can't say for sure until it gets tested in HM2 and checked in so I can test with a new HM1 build.
Instead of opening a new thread, i try to report problems with recognizing the Cash Game limit, too.
When will there be a Fix? Iīm using 1.12.10b right now, but since the last beta update dates before the PartyPoker update I donīt think there is any use in try the lastest version available.
There seems to be a small change in the Handhistory format.
Instead of a line like this
"$200 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Saturday, August 31, 00:30:04 CEST 2013"
the HH shows this
"$1/$2 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Tuesday, September 24, 00:20:08 CEST 2013"
which disturbs the recognition of the correct limit.
Please Fix this fast, and reply your acknowledgement

The Party Update was almost three weeks ago and the change in the Handhistorie format is so small, that I can hardly believe this issue is not already fixed, since I believe it should be fixed for HM2 soon.
Come on. Itīs just a small parsing issue.
Please Fix this with priority. It should only take minutes to do so.
I send example HHs from before and after the update.
I got an answer to my Email with the HH that the fix will be in the next release.
When will there be a release for HM1? The Email doesnīt specifiy whether itīs for HM1 or HM2.
I need it for HM1.

HM1 and HM2 share the same parsing code. Once it is checked in for the next HM2 release we can push a new beta build for HM1 that should address this.
