Just a quick post that I just wrote there:

Just to clarify, it was SB/SB instead of SB/BB

And, for the people who suffered from this, you can export the HHs of the wronged stakes, delete de hands from de DB directly in HM2, and then reimport from the exported hands. They will show at their correspondent stake without any other issue.

No need to export the hands. The originals are stored in the archive:

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

Purge or Delete the hands and then import them from the archive using the Manual Hand Import.
