note doesnt work on plo stars unless you have a plo NC license

Hi,
i created a note def .
it does work on holdem MTT, partypoker cash, but shows up as a - on all my pokerstars cashgame PLO tables.
i dont know why, i didnt use any filters for which game the note should be used.

I am 100 procent certain the note should apply for certain table sat my PS tables obv since i have 3MM hands and the ntoe does work on other sides.

I am in the posession of a NC advantage package from a jackson, however this note is created from scratch.

Do you own NoteCaddy Omaha, or just NoteCaddy Holdem? You'll need NoteCaddy Omaha to have NoteCaddy create notes for PLO as well

that was indeed the problem, never knew it wasnt included.i do own just notecaddy holdem.
how do i proceed if i want to upgrade?

You can get NoteCaddy upgraded to Combo for $30 extra I believe. If you go to Upgrade HoldEm Manager, Omaha Manager and other HM Apps! and choose to upgrade HoldemManager 2 -- Add NoteCaddy Omaha to NoteCaddy Holdem, then you should be all set
