Numerous HEM bugs

Hello, my HEM 1 has some bugs in it as of late.

1. When I make a note after a hand, if the stats of the players HUD changes, the note disappears. It's tilting.

2. When a table breaks, all the players who remain at the table get fresh stats. So basically the stats for each remaining player reset. Very annoying and costly $ wise

3. I can't replay more than about 5 hands at once in HEM 1 itself. When I get up a bunch of marked hands and select "Replay All", it crashes with an error note. I have copied it here in case it is useful to you guys.

What site/games are you playing? I can't recall ever hearing of problems 1 and 2 so we will need to do some testing to see if we can reproduce it.

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

1) Please close HM

2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

4) Open the databases.

5) Highlight your database.

6) Right click, click maintenance.

7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._05Aug2013.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
