mouse wheel not working

hi
i want to set up mousewheel up down in the software es increment/decrement
tn does not recognize it
however in pokersoftwares it works but 'spazzes'
any ideas?

Hi Justdoit

First please make sure you have the latest version, To do this simply go to the updates tab > Get latest version

When you say it doesn't work do you mean when you scroll up or down it adds nothing to the bet box? Can you please reproduce the issue, Then go to the setup tab > send logs to table ninja

This will then create a zipped file, please add this file to an email and send it to us. I will then investigate the issue. Please be sure to include in the email the exact time the issue occurred.
