Hands not importing and HUD not working on FTP

    Default Hands not importing and HUD not working on FTP

    Hi

    I recently did the 30 day trial and all worked fine. its been a few months but I have bought the full version on HEM2. however the HUD is not working and despite the hand importing being set up its not actually bringing in any hands.

    I have the button ticked to save hands on FTP and its set up in hand importing also.

    the programs are also being run as administrator.

    can anyone point me in the right direction on what I need to do ive tried reading up but couldn't find anything of help.

    I downloaded the latest version of postgres and they now import however they are all errors

    What type of hands are you playing on Full Tilt?
    Are they real money hands?
    HM2 doesn't support play money hands.

    Yes real money hands. Sit n gos and rush tourneys. Language is in English also

    Create a new database. Then import the hands again.
    Try running a manual import on the hands: Hand Importing--> Import Folder--> import from your archive folder C:/HM2Archive

    If the hands still import as errors, email us a handhistory file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com.


    It may be possible a firewall is blocking the PostgreSQL server: Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

    Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

    Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

    hi thanks for the reply strangely a simple complete uninstall and reinstall worked of both postgres and hem2

    It sounds like it was the postgres installation.
