Using Action Sequences, what is the most elegant way way to specify just that nobody 3 bets preflop, ie it's a single raised pot before the flop?

Also, are there any downsides for speed/ processing if we use Range > General strength rather than specify exact hand strength?

In general: less actions = quicker. The simplest would be 2 actions, one for a raise, and one for a raise with 'action had not to happen' checked. If it doesn't matter if the note recipient is the raiser or caller preflop, then you need to leave 'had to be note recipient' and 'had to NOT be note recipient' unchecked. This will result in a pop-up warning you for unexpected results, but that can be ignored if you specify the note reciepient on a later street.

I guess not, because the general strength will be calculated anyway for the ScatterGraph, but there are many factors in the processing speed of a definition.
