Race Report completely wrong?

I've been checking my Race Report, and it doesn't make any sense to me - In a 73k hand sample, HM2 tells me I had only 886 races, with a 44 Avg All-in EV% and winning 14,8% of them. For some reason, it is not considering a huge number of AIs as Races, and thus completely misplacing the sats - no one is ever running 30% below EV in such a sample, and definitely there were way way more than 886 races.

Any thoughts?

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

1) Please close HM

2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

4) Open the databases.

5) Highlight your database.

6) Right click, click maintenance.

7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

I did all that, and I still see the same output - the 'Races won' column always shows a number between 13 and 17%, in any given sample of hands, making no sense at all

I cannot duplicate this.

Please reproduce hands that should show that do not (you are all-in before the river), and zip and email them to us. You can right-click, save hand to hard disk.

Also, you can save hands in the reports - select-A to highlight them, and right-click save to hard disk to save the hands from the reports. You'll need to do this for each row in the race report.

We need to see the hands.

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

Send them to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.
