    Default BCOD problem

    Hi everyone,
    today i download the free trial of TN 2,and i open TN2 normally,same so i open Pokerstars,registred in one torunament and start to adjust settings in TN,betting,layouts,hotkeys...and everything worked fine.

    Only sensei didn't work,i don't know why, i disabled used account control settings,run TN as adminstrator.And after that i can't run the TN because of BCOD,idk why it's happening.

    Hi,

    Please do the following
    - Uninstall TN2 from Control panel
    - Then go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the following folder (if exists) PASG
    - Go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\tableninjav2 and move the following file to your desktop: Keys_user.txt (or it might just be called Keys_user)
    - Now reinstall http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...a_V2_Setup.exe

    let me know if this helps if not send a screenshot of the error.

    ty for your answer,but this way also doesn't help,same problem with BSOD.
    and then i turn off my antivirus program(Baidu) on few minutes,and everything worked fine.
    so i unistall Baidu and install another antivirus program and works fine.
    but now i have some problem with sng sensei.i sent you logs file on your email support.

    after you send me this,i try once again,but still i cant reg on SNG 180man via SNG sensei

    ERROR - [sng] One of the selected SNG rows does not have PokerStars running. We have Paused the SNG Sensei. To resume, please go back to the 'Sit & Go' tab and/or reopen the Sit&Go Filter window, and then in TN2' SNG Sensei tab, click 'Resume'.

    This indicates you moved tabs in SNG in Pokerstars or you moved from the SNG tab to another tab, When using sensei you need to leave PS on the SNG tab and while it is running do NOT touch anything in the lobby.

    That client opened - is EU?
    Or COM?

    In Sensei your setting is for EU

    it's still the same problem
    Yes it looks like you are using .com client but you have .EU in the PS site drop down, please change this to .com and sensei will work, you may need to setup the filters again so just to be sure i would suggest you do.

    and one question,does TN2 support PS 7 or? becouse sensei work fine on 6,but on 7 doesn't

    Right now we are gradually adding support for PS7, the following works along with the betting but only on Mercury theme

    * PS7: handling of buyin popup works correctly (when you can't buyin for your desired sum)
    * PS7: handling of Auto rebuy/double rebuy/addon works correctly
    * PS7: handling of Tourney Registration Popup works correctly
    * PS7: recognize correctly the Hand Histories


    Sensei only works on PS6 at the moment but will be coming soon.
