Doesnt import all hands from prima/microgaming

    Default Doesnt import all hands from prima/microgaming

    Hi
    i bought HEM a month ago and everything worked fine.
    But now i formatted my computer (and needed to use the 2any pc code but thats not my main concern).
    And now only 1/3-1/4 of the hands i play are imported. I just played a session and i should have +/-500 hands but only 150 are imported in my cashgames-sessions tab.

    However while i played the correct number of hands i played per table displayed fine on the HUD.

    I have the latest version, and the room i'm playing on is Purple Lounge (prima/microgaming)
    I used c:/microgaming/poker/purpleloungempp as auto import folder and unchecked the checkboxes.

    Hi,

    Mmm, can you create a new database and import hands that don't work with the other database and tell me if it change something?

    Didnt change at all.
    Can't import a single hand i played before. (is it possible hem or purple lounge reset the gamehistory.dat file (where the hh is stored) after each (attempted) import?

    Same thing with unibet(also prima/microgaming) btw, just played a session also a lot of hands missing

    I have a similar problem with Prima (HEM dont import all hands I played).
    Did you fix this problem, ugghu complained about??

    bump, I seem to be having the same problem. Is it still fixable if I send morny the db?

    Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe. If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
