    Is it possible you close the client too early?

    After a hand is FINISHED, within 5 seconds PokerStars will update the handhistory file.

    When you play Zoom/Rush, wait for much, much longer (2 minutes!) before you close the client after a session, because the hands you quickfolded in a row, all still have to be played out before the handhistory file is updated.

    You can also email PokerStars support, request all your handhistories, then run a import from file on the file they email you.
    Are you saying that even the file they email you is incomplete and is definitely missing hands?

    Hey Guys

    suddenly my HUD isnt working anymore. Last week i could play without a problem. Today i played without a working HUD.. only the TableHUD is shown. No Pot is shown correctly and i cant use replayer.

    If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your zoom file -

    from c:\programfiles\rvgsoftware\holdemmanager\importin g\logs

    Please install Microsoft.net 3.5

    Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 from Official Microsoft Download Center

    In Vista, 7 and 8, this is done in Control Panel - Programs - Turn on/off windows features.

    Turn it off, then restart and turn it back on.
