Hey, i'm back.
So basically my current problem is the fact that postgres is using 99% of cpu and everything crashes sooner or later when i'm playing. My current version is 8.4.7. I've searched arround and done some optimisations for postgres like excluded logs and set the cash mem, etc. I've also optimized windows 7 for optimal working as shown in the guide. All this made it harder for my pc to crash but it still does.
What to do?
Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? Did you try replacing them as previously suggested? If not, please try that first as it could be caused by a security software.
Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._05Aug2013.exe
Export all hands from your database to make a back up copy in case some of the hands in your database are not in your \hmarchive folder.
1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) run the command - start > programs > accessories > command prompt > right-click > run as administrator
4) reboot.PHP Code:
net user postgres /delete
5) Install PostgreSQL 8.4.x or 9.0.x from postgresql.org
Try importing some of the archived/exported hands to a new database and see if that solves the problem.
Hello!
Since last night, or at least this is when i spotted it, HM doesn't import all my hands, it just says that some are duplicates, really annoying.
Have installed the latest update and the problem persists.
Also for like a week or so HM slows down my PC immensely (6 RAM, 2,6GHz CPU)

Duplicates means the hand was already imported. It could mean you improperly configured an import path to read from an archive path and this is causing the auto importer to read thousands of old files with 10's/100's of thousands of old hands which will over-load the auto importer and HUD.
We released a beta build with a fix for the Zoom and Rush issues.

Make sure you have updated the PokerStars client software if you had previously used our manual PokerStars rollback instructions. You will need to close PokerStars and manually run the \PokerStars\pokerstarsupdate.exe file to force the PokerStars client to update.
Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman

- Click this and attach the file.
HoldemManager.config
I have done all previous already, updates and everything, the importer imports just from the right folder and anyways i don't any reason why suddenly it just some hands as duplicates whereas a week ago it didn't.
So i am hoping the attached file will save my problem or anything else you want me to provide you with.
Thanks again
Your configuration for Poker Heaven and Winner poker doesn't look good.
Poker Heaven is Boss, the history subfolder is missing in your configuration: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ss+Media+Setup
Winner Poker is Ipoker: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/19/iPoker+Setup
The handhistory subfolder is missing.
Please correct this and if you still have the same problem you should run a test with a new database: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database

Thanks, my problem was with PokerStars not the other sites which i really don't even play!
So i'll try a new database after i'll find the time to copy all my hands and import them in the new one, takes a lot of time for almost 2mil hands
First try without the hands to see if it works.
