I updated to this version and when playing normal tables, at some point hud stopped working on newly opened tables. @6max stars.com
If this continues to happen after solving your crashing issue you will need to send the requested files in the FAQ I linked to.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Reboot your computer
    3) Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
    4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ender+Problems
    5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

It appears to me that you may not have updated properly. Your error shows this:

    Application Name: HoldemManager.exe
    Application Version: 1.11.5.7743

But if I check the details of my .exe file it is version 1.11.5.7831

Please reboot your computer and install the update again. Make sure that you are installing it to the proper path. If you originally installed HM to a non-default path you need to check the right-click > properties of the shortcut to holdem manager and make sure the update gets installed to the same start in: path.

Restarted/updated, had some internet problems - possibly because of the .net which i installed and then uninstalled. Now the version works and it's 1.11.05.7831 in the exe file.
Problem:Stars not importing. I checked the importing folders, etc.
Also when it starts it doesn't show the welcome screen on import tab - but rather somehitng gray.
Everytime i start it - when clicking sessions or repport tabs - i have to change the player because it's blank.
Windows 7, no antivirus, no firewall, windows firewall turned off.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...+-+Backup+Tips

If you continue to have problems with importing Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Hey. Thx - it didn't solve my problem but i reinstalled postgressql and together with holdem manager. I think when I updated - my holdem manager was open and i somehow screwed up the whole postgress.
Now it's working fine for normal tables. I don't play zoom and for now don't want to update for it. Thanks for the quick support.

All of the links in this thread seem to work fine for me but you actually want the latest update that is linked to in the notices at the top of the forum:

HM1 internal beta updates - can be found here.
Here is the direct link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._05Aug2013.exe

    I'm getting an error,

    This page can't be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://holdemmanager.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

In my internet explorer download history, says file cannot be downloaded

Maybe it's because I'm in Asia and my ip is being blocked? not sure

It is definitely something with your internet connection. Have you tried using a free VPN? I uploaded that patch to my dropbox to see if it might work for you - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/..._05Aug2013.exe
