If this continues to happen after solving your crashing issue you will need to send the requested files in the FAQ I linked to.
Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.
Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:
1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...ender+Problems
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows
It appears to me that you may not have updated properly. Your error shows this:
Application Name: HoldemManager.exe
Application Version: 1.11.5.7743
But if I check the details of my .exe file it is version 1.11.5.7831
Please reboot your computer and install the update again. Make sure that you are installing it to the proper path. If you originally installed HM to a non-default path you need to check the right-click > properties of the shortcut to holdem manager and make sure the update gets installed to the same start in: path.
