Notes only working on some tables.

Sometimes my Notes will be working on all tables. Pretty rare to be fair lately. sometimes half the tables, sometimes just 1 or 2. I usually play around 6 on PKR. Recently did reindex - vacuum etc, and reset all notes, and have all latest versions running. Is there anyway this can be fixed?

Make sure to include the table name and the name of the player you think should get notes
