HM Sync upload 0h/s

Hi guys, sync is uploading from laptop at 0 h/s.

My initial uploads went fine, cant remember exact speed but happy enough to leave it running overnight and let it work away.

Now 450~ batches uploading 0 h/s, desktop is currently downloading fine 100~ h/s.

Added all exceptions to firewall on laptop.

Running W7.

What else can I do to sort this?

Edit, my PC downloads first then uploads, the laptop seems to upload first, and never gets to the stage where I can download.

Is this correct that one downloads first and one uploads first?

PC Uploading 70 H/sec.
