OnGame not importing all hands in HEM

Guys

HEM has issues importing from OnGame, I can see several posts to that effect and you have yet to provide a decent answer. I have done the usual, new db for ongame, new HEM manager db and importing them manually. HEM misses some of the hands while PT2 imports all the hands from the same file fine.

I have seen something in one post about the issue being to do with HEM missing all the hands where you are all in.

Think this one needs some focus guys and I am willing to assist you in fixing it, what do you need from me?

Ive already asked someone for their ongame database but have yet to recieve it so if you can upload yours somewhere and email me the link then ill look into it, can you please tell me how many hands import into PT with the same database aswell

My bad morny, when i was putting the evidence together I found both PT2 and HEM were reporting the same. The room itself is out by $20.

I have a friend who has real problems with this.

I'll keep monitoring and report back when i have some solid evidence. Apologies.
