HEM not working with MERGE problem

Hello, i just bought a new computer ordi tsunami, installed windows 7 on it. I play on Merge network, Pokerhost skin, I open HEM , and pokerhost together, as soon as i start importing hands pokerhost crashes. what can i do to get rid of this problem ? i tried to run HEM as administrator, did not work. Help !

Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? And if yes which ones?

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05e http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

i am using bitdefender internet security, 64 bit windows. I did download the latest version, installed it, ran as admin, but still pokerhost crushes after a little while of playing. Help me please
