Installing HEM on a Second Computer

I tried to figure this out for myself, I really did. I searched forum and looked though FAQ. I think I found the right stuff but I am not positive. I always thought you could have HEM installed on 2 computers. I have a PC, and now laptop too. I was thinking it was easy and straight forward like just putting your serial number in once you download the trial on to my laptop...is this right? When I started reading faq. I was like what I have to reset the serial number every time I switch computers?

I think I will just try it but I am pressed for time as I leave the country in the morning for a week. I also don't want to mess anything up, I tend to make worse of things when I try to fix them. Also once I get back I assume I can just send the HH I played on my laptop to my PC so I can have all the results in one place.

You can have HM on two computers, using the same serial
Select PC#1 during activation on the first PC, and PC#2 on the second PC.

If you ever want to remove HoldemManager from a computer (for example PC#1), and move the license to a new third computer--->

Reset the license of PC#1. Use the same serial (and select PC#1 again) on the new third computer.

Reset:
we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

1)click on my account > license keys

It should be in there. If it is not there, check your Email for it. You may not have uploaded it. If that is the case, please use our new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

If you don't have a HM account already just create one by clicking on the create account link. If you forgot your password please use the forgot password feature. Hey Guys, sry for highjack this thread, but got a question about 2nd computer, too.

I will install hem on the 2nd pc, whats about my database? Get the HEM it automatically or should i back up und restore from version1? Is there an swap between my HEM´s or must i do it manuall?

For syncing: easiest is to copy the hands and import them on the other computer.
