    Default HEM2+NC, best CPU?

Hi, I am buying a new PC for NC+HEm2+Ongame (currently I am superlagging in win7 when 8+ tabling with dual CPUs xeon 4 core (8 cores total @2.8ghz), 14G ram @800 and samsung SSD 840 on SATAII).

I would like to have a suggestion by you guys who made the software,
what would you choose as CPU+MOBO:

    CPU Intel Core i7-3770K 3,5GHz Socket 1155 77W with GPU Ivy Bridge Boxed + mobo Asus Sabertooth Z77 socket 1155 DDR3 SATA3 USB3 ATX

    or

    CPU Intel Core i7-4770k 3.5GHz 8MB Socket 1150 84W with GPU HD Graphics 4600 Boxed + mobo Asus Sabertooth Z87 Socket 1150 Intel Z87 DDR3 SATA3 USB3 ATX?

Also, is 16G ram @1866 enuff? (and is the @2400mhz ram worth it?)

I am buying this new PC only to run NC+hem+ongame at best, no gaming no nothing, and I want to get the best configuration,

    Ty!

Definitely the 4770k - not even close. It's all about the SSD though. I have one computer with i7-990x with a crappy SSD and one with i7-3630QM and a sick SSD and the i7-3630QM is actually way faster (???)

Here is a good thread for SSDs

Hey sreticentv ty, and another thing: do you know if ram freqs are important too? I am buying @1866 ram but I could get 2400mhz if only I was sure it would affect performances. Do you have infos on this?

btw I am getting the following config, can you please check it and tell me if you think it wll do good with hem2+nc+ogname? I'm assembling this pc exclusively for this. I mean, will this get average performance or a good one?

The ram difference will be negligible. That system will have great performance as long as you keep your database tuned and working optimally. There is a guide here that people have followed but takes some technical skills and effort NoteCaddy speed improvement - Assaultware Wiki

chiming in only to signal that I got the new PC and the configuration I mentioned it's a total bomb for hem2+ nc.
note creating on the same DB is 4 times (four!) faster than with a dual cpus xeon @2.8 8 core with sataII and samsung 840 (non pro) + 16g ram @800. All responses are considerably faster and the replayer goes much much better than before.
Also, it totally solved my lag issues when 12+ tabling on ongame+hem2 and nc+ badges.
