Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Reboot your computer
    3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
    4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29
    5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows
Did exactly what you suggested here, and also reinstalled ladbrokes client (as one poster above recommended), but it did not help.
This is not a big problem, because it starts working after I restart HEM, but still an annoyance.

HUD is not a problem here - it says 'waiting for hands', it is just that hands aren't being auto imported.
Manual importing works, but for auto-import to work i have to restart HEM

This is most likely a windows user account problem.

    - If your windows user name has any unique 'cyrillic characters' you may need to create a new windows user with a single EN-US name without any special characters.
    - Uninstall HM2 (and HM1 if it is installed)
    - Create a new windows user in the Control Panel > User Accounts. Make sure it is an Administrator account and has no unique characters in the name (only characters from EN Alphabet)
    - Reboot the PC
    - Log in to the new windows user account

    - Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic)*
    - Reinstall HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe
    - and try to register again.
    - If that works, you can reboot, log in to your normal user, and test to make sure everything works before you delete the temporary user.

*You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

Please see this to transfer files to a different windows user:

    Noticed this problem again.

The fun thing that earlier in the morning everything was FINE. I didn't reboot or close client, just closed HM i believe.

Unfortunately reinstall client doesn't work anymore. I relaunch HM few times, doesn't help as well.
Autoimport doesn't work -> HUD doesn't as well, but i can manually import hands thruw "hand importing-> import folder" so client write HH for sure.
Ill reboot PC later, write if it will help.

I'm having the same problem at Betsson.
HM2 does not import hands. Sometimes reboot helps, sometimes it doesn't.
I have tried reinstalling poker client, deleting gamedata file, restarting HM2 - that does not help to solve this problem.

Usually I play at two different networks simulteniously - ipoker and microgaming. I hoped that HM will fix this problem and started to play only ipoker due to this for a while. But it seems there's nothing being done.

Did you try the steps in post 12?

    Please follow these steps completely:

    http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...s-showing.html

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

We need more information on this. There's no information on what game type this is
