clicking notes icon does not bring up notes window

I click the notecaddy icon previously, it brings up useful street by street notes.

Now, I find it does not work. If I hover, it brings up Notecaddy top 10. Other stats I assigned notecaddy notes to work ok.

How do I fix this? I sent log to support, they say notecaddy works fine.

When you click the note icon, HM2 is supposed to show the notes window. This seems to not be happening. I am moving this thread to HM's general support section where they can hopefully assist you.

BUMP. What do I need to do? Full reinstall of HEM2? Will it retain HUD and Notecaddy notes?

This will:

1) Make sure that you add the download file (see step 4 for link) to the exceptions in your antivirus and firewall and right-click, run as administrator.

2) Please move to a new folder on your desktop everything except for the database, notecaddydefinitions, backups and config folders, caddylayout, CaddySettings, ColorDefinitions and layout, NoteCaddyTags and noteDefinitionsLayout files in: *

8/7/Vista: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

and the entire folder:

7/8/Vista C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Hold'em Manager

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\Hold'emManager

3) uninstall

4) Please install this version.

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

5) Please add:
- holdemmanager.exe
- hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe (in postgres\bin)
- hmupdate.exe (available only during an update)

to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus. **

6) Please make sure that you are running as an administrator.

You may need to uninstall your AV, install HM2, and reinstall your AV.

I did as described above and installed HEM from the link you suggested.

Now I have ASSEMBLY VALIDATION ERROR and hem does not work whatsoever. It will crash as soon as the HUD appears and give the ASSEMBLY VALIDATION ERROR then exit.

Delete the validation folder in c:\programfiles\holdemmanager

Please install this version:
