Default iPoker - show all game types only shows holdem

Using 7816 in reports tab for iPoker

When selecting all game types only holdem is filtered. When selecting all omaha or all holdem they display correctly. Just no way to display all together.

The filter works fine for Pokerstars

If I combine the ipoker and pokerstars into an alias then the same problem occurs. show all game types only shows holdem for both sites now.

    1) Please close HM

    2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

    3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

    4) Open the databases.

    5) Highlight your database.

    6) Right click, click maintenance.

    7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

    Please try again.

If it does not show, please zip and send some of the Omaha hands to us that do this.

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

Hi as a matter of fact I had already recently vacuumed and reindexed.

I have been unclear in my description of the problem. I will try to explain more clearly. The below only applies to sessions report.

Under a pokerstars username everything works fine.

Under an iPoker username it shows the omaha hands correctly if select show all omaha and it shows all the nlhe hands if i select holdem only. BUT if i select show all games it only shows the holdem.

If I put the two usernames together in an alias it acts like the ipoker username. If I select show all even the pokerstars omaha hands do not show.

So as you can see the hands are actually processed but just don't show under circumstances

I apologize for the delay. We were unable to reproduce this.

Try creating a new alias in the recent build. Add these players to the alias.

If it still occurs, Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.
