Problem restore HEM1

Hi,

I tryed to backup and restore my HEM1 database with PG admin. I wanted to backup on my old computer (windows 7, HEM 1.12.09) and restore on my new one (windows 8, HEM 1.12.10b)
To do this, i used this method

I did all the step but HEM can't find the database that I restore.
