Seek: hands locked at

Hi.

When I start "Seek" in a new note definition it shows 25 "success" hands and stops, saying "Searching...(xxxxx hands locked at)" in upper-left corner. What does it mean? 25 samples is enough to understand that note definition is correct or there are 25 samples at all?
