    Default purging hands and reports/graphs

    I'm thinking about purging my hands. I know I won't lose the hud stats but what about the reports, graphs, session tab ? Will I still be able to see my results after the purge ? I read a blog of a poker player who purges his hands everyday. At the end of the year he shows his graph. He said he had to request his hand histories to get this graph.

    Also I have about a 1.5 million hands database which I know is really not huge but my computer is getting old and HEM makes it run really slow... I know I'll have to buy a new computer soon. My question is : would purging all of my hands be a big help and save my computer (I don't know much about computers) or would it just help a little ?

    Default

    To purge hands to keep stats/ reports/graphs, etc.:
    options--> settings--> observed HH configuration--> purge hands

    This will only decrease the size of the database by about 10-15% and won't really improve performance.
