Crappy instascan performance for FTP

I have over 500,000 hands logged on FTP and i keep running into the same problem when using instascan. One minute it's work fine and the next it will only return about ~50 tables when infact there are closer to 200 in the lobby. It's starting to become extremely frustrating and since FTP is the main site i play on its not currently worth the subscription fee.
