    Default HUD at non-seated tables

    Hello,

I'm new here and just got HEM today!

How do you see the HUD overlay at tables you're not seated at?

I can see the HUD overlay only on tables I'm seated at.

Also, do I need to start "auto-import" if I'm observing a table but not seated at it? I tried that but HEM keeps saying "Auto-update did not find any new files...Trying again in 5 seconds..." which tends me to believe that those HHs aren't being captured by HEM. The table manager shows a checkmark next to all the tables including those I'm not seated at.

    Thanks in advance.

HM does not import HH files from tables that you are observing. This is called datamining and is against the TOS of just about every poker site. Most sites do not even write a HH file for an observed table to your computer so there is no information for HM to import anyway. Only information from tables that you are sitting at is imported.

You can see the HUD at tables you're not seated at with prefetch.

Turn on hud options--> site options--> prefetch (it doesn't work for all pokersites)

Then add that folder as a import folder.

Thanks, I tried to add that folder but it's also asking me to add an "archive" folder where old hands will be moved to??? What's that?

    Default archive folder is: C:/HMArchive

HoldemManager will move all original handhistories to the archive folder (and sort them by year, month, day)
