My HUD takes between 20 - 30 mins. to appear on my screen. Is this normal or do I have to change something in my settings?

My HUD takes between 20 - 30 mins. to appear on my screen. Is this normal or do I have to change something in my settings?
Most likely, the HUD appears after it has imported all your old hands.
Are your hands all being moved to the archive folder properly??
Can you attach your holdemmanager.conf file?

Yes I'm 99% sure they are. Well last night I loaded up HEM a while before i played and the HUD appeared after a few hands so I'll try this every time. Thanx for Your help
Go into your import folders.
If there still are old handhistories in there, move them to the archive folder. C:/HMArchive.
If your archive folder is empty--> check if every import folder has an archive folder assigned to it.
