Have activation code, Can't open Holdem Manager

I have un-installed holdem manager, paid for a new activation code and downloaded it again but when i open the software i can't enter the code anywhere.

I keep getting this error:

Edit: I deleted your pic, wasn't sure if the displayed serial key was your old key, or the new key.


To enter the new key:

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: We are sorry for the temporary outage.

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just regular hidden files)



Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
