Filter problems

Hey
A friend of mine and I have some problems making the filters in HEM2 work.
When we are making a filter like calling a raise in bb vs. btn - then we do only get a few examples but not all the hands with the given action - sometimes we don't even get one example.
We have the same problem on two different computers. Anyone who have experienced something similar?
