Default Caddy Scatter not always displaying?

I am quite new to NoteCaddy but I have been playing with it quite a bit over the last few days and noticed only about 50% of players have a scatter graph generated for them. This includes players I am playing in real time. Is there a reason why some players don't get a Scatter graph?

I am using the default definitions and upgraded to the latest version. All of my hands have been processed.

Sometimes people can go a long time without showing down a hand where they bet/raised. Also, there are some situations where there is a delay of up to a few minutes till the graph appears. That delay will be reduced for the next release of NC

It does seem to be showing much more consistently for people I have a larger sample size on. I have one other odd question if you:

I have seen several Scatter Graphs that show a large square (as opposed to a dot) on the far right hand side, many times a pot size bet. (for PF or flop) I find these squares quite annoying as they shift all the interesting data into a much smaller space that is hard to make out at times because of how far over the outlying large square is. Also the large squares do not filter out when for example its a PF raise and I only have river bets checked. Able to provide me any further information on these?

The square appears if the bet/raise is greater than 4x pot. You can make the graph wider so the scale is not as distorted. As far as the squares not disappearing, please make sure you're up to date with NC version 2.4.10.3 where that has been fixed.

Updating did resolve my issue, thank you.

Back to my original problem with Caddy Scatter not displaying: I just played a hand against someone where on the river he bet pot and I called. Shouldn't this have generated a Scatter graph for him?

I'm not sure how long after the hand you waited to post this but if he bet and you saw his hand at showdown then the point will show up within 1-2 minutes max

If I review the hand now there is still no Scatter graph available for the player. I suspect this is happening fairly frequently given my original problem.

Still having issues. For example the following hand results in the villian bluffing the river. Shouldn't this point be marked in the scatter graph?
