Action vs 3bet Issue: Call 3bet + Fold to 3bet + 4bet stats doesn't add to 100%?

Hi

Was checking some stats about 3bets and seems there's a problem with the stats regarding action vs 3bet.
The ranges: Call 3bet + Fold to 3bet + 4bet should add up to 100% right? Facing a 3bet you can call, fold or raise(4bet) that being 100% combined.

When I check these stats of some villains these 3 stats don't add to 100%. Is this a HM bug?

Here's the example: Total Call to 3bet: 24 Total Fold to 3bet: 63 Total 4Bet Range: 4 24+63+4 = 91 ??
The 3 stats I'm checking are (top to bottom): ToT Call 3Bet, ToT Fold to 3bet, ToT 4Bet Range

This actually isn't a bug.

"Facing a 3bet you can call, fold or raise(4bet) that being 100% combined." is not a valid statement.
It would be valid if the sample size of hands you can call, fold or raise is always the same.

But HoldemManager (also PokerTracker) no longer looks at the number of hands played.... but at the number of opportunities.
For example, if an opponent 3bets allin (and he has a bigger stack than you) you won't have the opportunity anymore to raise.

Looking at 'opportunities' has a serious effect on ALL stats, and can result in some weird stats, for example PFR being higher than VPIP....or call + fold + raise stats no longer adding up to 100%
