Notecaddy not finding as many instances as I think it should

Hi,

I've got a bit of an issue which I can't quite work out what to do with. I recently bought a new computer so transferred my database across along with my notecaddy defintions etc. NoteCaddy then 'created notes' as it does.

I use badges in my HUD and some are showing up but not as many as I would expect; it is clear that NoteCaddy has not found all the hands or has missed some. For example:
- One player's Fold vs an overall 3BP Cbet is 62% over 34 instances according to the HM2 stat
- I have this same player's Fold vs 3BP Cbet by position and they total 16 instances.

I have checked in NoteCaddy and there are no filters set up so why this inconsistency?

Did u check Tools > Player notes?
