I think it would be possible to transition ChipEV or $EV. So i dont think its a stupid Question.

You can calculate the EV Diff based on:
-ChipEV
-ICM
-Payout structure

If you add all the EV Diffs of a single game + add the final winnings of that game you get the: Luck Adjusted Winnings.

...but there is no correlation between EV Diff with the bb/100 stat. (like there is a correlation between chipEV and bb/100) so it's not possible to take EV Diff into account for the EV bb/100.
