Default Postgres Installed to 75GB C: and now there is little space left

Hello, I installed postgres onto my small 75GB C:. I nearly ran out of space on my C: (128 MB free) while importing a HH DB. I'm not really sure what to do here to free up the space on my C: as well as transfer all of the postgres/HEM data to my D: where there is 200 GB free.

You can delete all files in the pg_log subfolder of your postgresql installation to gain some space.

If the above doesn't work you need to reinstall postgresql on D:
To download the installer: PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (use 8.4)
