Hand Value on Turn on paired boards

I think this is a bug. I did find it by using Leak Buster Filter 20.
But to keep it simple ...

Hero has 95o.
Board is AA24 (rainbow)

Setting filter to just "Hand Value on Turn" = "High Card - No Overcards" this hand was not listed. I have a pair of Aces but they are useless so I would consider my hand "Air".

Did you guys want the filter working this way?
