    Default to save new popups

Hello, I'm currently testing the trial version of HM2 and the new popups I create are not being saved. They work until I close HM2, the next time I run it the popups have disappeared. I guess I'm missing something basic in order to save them, I don't know... That just happens with the new popups, not with the changes that you can do in an already created popup. My HM2 version is 7758. Regards

It sounds like Windows is preventing the changes you make to be saved properly, which can occur if HoldemManager doesn't have full administrator priviliges.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Hi, thanks for your answer. Then I realized that the popup I had created, with the name 'vs hero', was saved, but it replaced the pop up 'vshero' that was there by default (though I created a new one, I didn't modify the default popup).
    Regards
