Speed Holdem IPoker, HUD is moving at each hand

I had a remote support session with Chriss. He checked and changed a few things and this problem has resolved.
But, another problem has emerged now:

When i play only 1 table on Speed Holdem Ipoker, all is good.
When i open another tables of Speed Holdem (multitabling speed holdem), the huds keep at the correctly position, but a few of them disappear and appears the stats continuosly. (i mean, 1 second the hud is good, 1 second the hud is empty.. )

I think it does not occur if i set the default HM HUD.
But this happens with bigger huds or maybe on huds with Notecaddy Stats or badges.

(this only happens at Speed Holdem IPoker, at least for me)


Edit: Happens on Pokerstars and Fulltilt, but occurs less frequently.
i mean, the stats appear fine for several seconds, then disappear for an instant and then appear again

Are you using just that player name as the current player?

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

1 - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

3 - Update Logitech Setpoint - Support + Downloads: SetPoint - Logitech
4 - Set desktop theme to basic, default, or a non-aero theme - Disable Aero on Windows 7 or Vista (this will be the same for win8/7)

4- If i set basic or "non aero" theme, the desktop composition automatically turn to disable. Then, when i open HM2 emerge a advertising that says "for full compatibility, desktop composition must to be enable". I think that i cant turn to Enable this if i havent set "aero theme". correct me if I'm wrong on this point. So, looks contradictory
Anyway, i tested at several combinations at this point.

Finally, TN2 requires Aero Theme activated. Although, is not a problem so far. But, this would not be a compatible solution

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager



- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

Didnt work again.
Note that the HUD positions is fine. The problem are stats inside de HUD. They appears and disappears constantly when i open more of 1 table on speed holdem.

A few facts that I've been looking
1- This doesnt occurs with default HUD or basic HM2 HUD (like "expanded" "tourney" "Harrington", etc). Occurs with customs and maybe big HUD (like pokerstrategy school HUD, or any mine)
2 - This doesnt occurs when i put the tables on "Tile" position. It occurs if i maximize or expand a little the tables.

Please add this line:

To the general section in the holdemmanager.config file (open it using notepad, or notepad++) in

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Please duplicate this and send a screenshot of the screen when you open Active Session > click Debug and make sure to expand all the column widths as much as possible so everything in the hud debugger can be read completely.

Please include the hand histories from the session as well. Please zip and email the problem hand histories and other requested pics/logs, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com so we can attach them to ticket HM-5765 for the developers to look at.

Can u post resolution for moving stats issue?
What did u changed to make it work?
