problem with ongame and importing player preferences

My friend bought HEM today. Atm he is playing on betsafe (ongame). He did set up auto-folders, setup hero names, and HEM is showing hands in report but there was no hud.

We used teamviewer and I managed to make HUD work with manually selecting table from table manager but problem is that HUD was showing only 2 players althought it was 5 at the table. I don't know how to fix this.

Also I have exported my player preferences and imported into his, but althought in his player preferences now everything is same as mine, on the table HUD looks the same, like I imported nothing...

The hud configuration which is active for him is probably the default one. You need to configure under "Use for" for every hud where to use it. The default hud should be connected to a site you are not playing.
